Here is another card I did for yesterday's CAS challenge to use Designer Paper on a clean & simple card. That Cottage Wall DSP is just hard to resist- such pretty and fun colors and patterns! It was an easy choice for this card. The square scallop punch made it fast and easy too! I just added a Filigree brad and a Ice Rhinestone brad then stamped my Happy Birthday and popped up that white layer on dimensionals. Can't get much easier than that.
