Cottage Wall Scalloped Squares

Here is another card I did for yesterday's CAS challenge to use Designer Paper on a clean & simple card. That Cottage Wall DSP is just hard to resist- such pretty and fun colors and patterns! It was an easy choice for this card. The square scallop punch made it fast and easy too! I just added a Filigree brad and a Ice Rhinestone brad then stamped my Happy Birthday and popped up that white layer on dimensionals. Can't get much easier than that. I think the hardest thing about this card was decided which square should go where. Silly!

Thanks for stopping by! Tomorrow is another Diva Coffee Break Designs color challenge- be sure to stop back! Thanks, as always, for your sweet and motivating comments.

  1. I love your card. I have such a hard time with one layer cards. Gorgeous!!

  2. Love it Kristen! Very simple but very sweer! In my faves file!

  3. Excellent! Love the colors and papers. The designer brad with colored rhinestone was the absolute perfect touch with great placement! Nice sentiment too. Way to go!

  4. Such a great way to use some of our favorite designer papers! Love this idea and will have to case it! Smiles, Pam :)

Thanks so much- your comments make my day! (if you are a spammer- GO AWAY! I will not publish your comment or your link to your crappy website! You are the reason I no longer allow anonymous comments. Jerks!)
