However, isn't it adorable paper? I imagine it's no longer available- it is dated 2004 on the back so you know how long I've been holding onto it! In fact, I bought it specifically for my daughter's scrapbook and just never used it. Well, now I've cut into it so it's TIME!
This is for yesterday's sketch challenge on SCS. I finished it last night but was too tired to post it. I really like the sketch and am mostly pleased with this card except I wish I knew how to cluster my flowers better. I wanted to use 3 or more chocolate accent flowers next to the large one but just couldn't work it out (as Randy Jackson says).
Anyway, it is pretty self explanatory what I've done. But I'll list the current SU stuff since that might not be so obvious: Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip cardstock (retired Purely Pomegranate CS), Silver Filigree Brads, large oval punch. Stamp set is Short & Sweet- I think it is still current! The background stamp I used is an oldie (not unusual for me, eh?!) called By Definition. Oh yeah, the felt flowers are still available also and I used the Chocolate Chip marker for dots around the sentiment. So the non-SU paper is by Ki Memories (nicely labeled on the back so I know) and the patterns are called Eye Candy Rhinestone and Eye Candy Runway.
Thanks for visiting! I'm leaving tomorrow for a long scrapbook weekend getaway so probably won't be posting until I get back. Can't wait to see how much I get done! Why don't you go check out the SCS challenges and join in on one- they are great fun and a great way to get stampin'!
